Meet The President
Carlos Tolentino
Mr. Carlos Tolentino has over two decades of reserve and active military service in the United States Army. Mr. Tolentino has conducted operations in hostile and austere environments inclusive of dealing directly with enemy combatants in post September 11th forward deployed operations in the Middle East and Southwest Asia. He is the recipient of five (5) Army Commendation Medals in addition to four (4) Army Achievement Medals as a result of his service. Mr. Tolentino continues his service as a Military Police Platoon Sergeant in addition to serving as a Military Police School Instructor. He is certified to teach the following Military Police operations: Maneuver & Mobility, Area Security, Law Enforcement, Detention, and Police Intelligence.
In other military experiences, Mr. Tolentino was exclusively selected to be trained in U.S. Army Protective Services. This encompasses planning, coordinating and performing Executive Protection missions for governmental personnel in high risk and high profile positions who are potential targets of terrorism. He later led a U.S. Army Protective Service Detail (PSD) responsible with protecting various Department of Defense officials in a Middle Eastern Country. Mr. Tolentino planned, managed and personally led over 960 protective missions, traveling by vehicle without incident. On other overseas assignments, he has also served as a Military Police Sergeant in Detention Operation missions and was also part of an Air-Transfer Team (helicopter) and a Quick Reaction Force (QRF).
As a civilian, Mr. Tolentino was recruited as a Medicare Fraud Investigator with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services ZPIC. He conducted in-depth data analysis, investigative interviews, and comprehensive background investigations. His scope of work entailed identifying fraudulent medical providers. He identified kickback schemes, straw ownership and other forms of fraud such as billing for services not rendered. His investigative contributions resulted in the identification of fraud, waste and abuse and the calculations of overpaid funds. Mr. Tolentino also worked in collaboration with the FBI and the HHS OIG in an effort to combat Medicare fraud through his referred cases. In addition to his time in a governmental contracted capacity, he simultaneously served as an ad-hoc Private Investigator supporting another leading Investigative firm (Pat Diaz, ACFE with South Florida PI). He specialized in Personal Injury investigations and Surveillance Operations.
Mr. Tolentino also served as part of a Federal contractor (ICE Air-Operations) conducting international removal of criminally convicted individuals via aircraft. Mr. Tolentino traveled as part of a team to some of the most dangerous cities in South America, Central America and the Caribbean on a routine basis.
In private sector protection, Mr. Tolentino has both led and participated in Corporate, Celebrity and Ultra High Net Worth Family protection teams. He well versed in Protective Intelligence, Estate Physical Security and Close-in Protection operations.
